They had problems locating a part for my car. They got the part about ten minutes before closing on Friday night. They stayed late to finish my car, so I could have a car for the weekend. They rock.

I needed a quote on repairs to my car. The quote was about $150. less than the dealership had priced for me. There was no pressure to have the work done at that time - said I could bring it back later and they would do the work in 2 phases if I needed them to. The owner seems to take a "hands on" approach to achieving and maintaing customer satisfaction.I would return to this business for needed repair service.

Another of the many charleston area auto repair shops who will only do state inspections on certain days during certain times. THhis garage would not take a few minutes to do a state inspection for me. I was in desperate need of a state inspection and Chestnut Street Garage would not help me. Thanks these guys I got pulled over and received a ticket.
