I love visiting your store when I'm shopping and looking for furniture. It's always clean, well stocked and decorated with beautiful furniture and accessories. I'm always greeted by Jennifer's smile and sweet personality. I also love her suggestions and decorating tips in addition to teaching me about the qualities of buying good furniture. Jennifer is very creative and helps me make great choices. For that reason I always shop with her when I'm looking for new furnishings.

I recently purchased furniture from Wes and it was such an amazing experience. He was so knowledgeable and very friendly. He took the time to show us around and even told us about the different products. This was way different than any experience I have ever had shopping for furniture. I will definitely be a return shopper!

Kim, our sales person, was very helpful. She told us that part of our order was out of stock and it would take about 4 weeks for it to be delivered. We ordered on 8/2 and it was not delivered until 9/23. One item was damaged and had to reordered. That item was delivered on 10/2. The delivery people were excellent. They actually discovered the damaged item before taking it off the truck. The delivery people were friendly and professional.

Had a great experience with the store. The manager was great. Had some problems with the delivery company but the store was quick to resolve the problem.

My experience with Ashley furniture was wonderful because of Lois Cadle their amazing saleswoman!! She was kind and helpful and not pushy at all!! I would recommend going there and asking for Lois to help you and you too will be thrilled with your buying experience!!

Our furniture was shipped on time and delivered to our home with no issues at all. We have completly refurnished our home through Ashley Furniture and could not be more pleased. The salesperson is awesome and honest minus being pushy.......

I did a lot of research ahead of time before going to the store so I knew exactly what I was looking for. one of my biggest complaints about furniture stores in general is the fact that they are so pushy when you walk in the doors. its like a race between employees to see who can get to you first. the people at Ashley Furniture in South Charleston WV were not like that. I've shopped there for furniture several times and have never had bad service.
