Green Mountaineers Tree Service-Big or Small We Take Them All! Free Estimates Promptly Given. The owner does most of the work himself. Fully insured. Very little is left to employees, as he's always present at the jobsites. He does All phases of tree work. 27 years of experience. Nothing like a professional. They specialize in difficult removals where cranes and bucket trucks cannot go. If you''re looking for enviromentally low impact tree removal or tree service, this guy's for you.

I needed 8 large trees removed and 3 pruned. I called 5 other companies and Rene was by far the cheapest. He showed up the very next day and did all the work including removing all the stumps. He was very professional and did an amazing job. I highly recommend him.
Rene Jodoin of Green Mountain Tree Service did an excellent job removing a few large and challenging trees in our backyard. He was professional, prompt, hard working, trustworthy and very skilled. Rene did a fantastic job cutting down four dead trees on my property and pruning two others. The trees were at risk of taking out my neighbor's house and my garage -- I would not dare touch them myself for fear of causing major damage. Rene immediately provided me with his insurance documents, an extremely reasonable quote, and got the job done promptly. Superior service -- I'll definitely call Green Mountaineers for my tree care needs in the future.
Just wanted to add a more recent experience to those already here - had several very tall trees trimmed to clear a path for our satellite dish, some other maple limbs removed from over the garage, and a large, dead pine tree dropped. Rene was present for all the work, which was done extremely well - and with attention to gardens underneath (not a single flower plant was damaged - it was artwork to behold). Highly recommend for truly professional work. One additional thing I will mention - I asked Rene if he could possibly come earlier in his work schedule so that I could take advantage of my son being home before returning to college - for removal of limbs and stacking of the pieces Rene had cut to 16" lengths (incidentally, this was one of the things he suggested to help keep my overall costs down - not something you usually encounter...someone honest about how you can save money) - and he graciously came early (calling the night before to confirm an early morning start). As I said, highly professional and well worth recommending.
Green Mountaineers tree service of Vermont is a very professional tree service. We asked to see their certificate of insurance, no problem! We had a massive spruce tree between our house and garage, Rene was able to work his magic without any damage to either building. The cleanup was excellent, my husband and I would definitely recommend Green Mountaineers Tree Service of Vermont.
I highly recommend Green Mountaineers because we had a huge maple located on our property and we didn't want equipment crossing our lawn as it was wet and would have created a mess. They came in, took the tree down and the only thing noticed was that the tree was gone. They are amazing!! Thanks Green Mountaineers.

Green Mountaineers is amazing! We had a massive tree that was leaning toward our house, a dangerous liability. Rene and his team came in brought the tree down and at the end of the day you would have never known he was there....or the tree for that matter. Thank you Green Mountaineers for a job well done!
We've had this company twice this year. I've had others in the past. I have to say, if you want low enviromental impact on your property and neighborhood this is the guy for you. The company owner does almost all the work and never leaves employees alone. He's truly a top rate professional, and does all phases of tree work. Free estimates, and he's really fair. This guy is amazing. We've needed him twice this year. Our backyard, because of hedges, mature shrubs, and various plantings is not accessible by cranes or bucket trucks. He's fast, efficent, and clean. I've never in my lifetime seen anyone limb and climb a tree simultaneously, and safely take it down section by section. Each time the trees were over 60 feet tall. This is truly low impact work. It doesn't get any greener than this. This guy knows trees and all facets of tree service. Thank you Green Mountaineers! .
