This place just has to be the biggest rip-off in town. The full synthetic oil change I requested cost me a total of $90.22 including tax. After I got my vehicle back I noticed that the windshield was still dirty and so was the inside, especially in the back seat area. I went back and was told that they don't vacuum the back seat and that they cleaned the windshield. A ten year old could have done a better job. I then noticed that the dipstick read a quart over full and that the tires only had 30 pounds of air in them. It seems as though they "got the wrong information" and so they drained a quart of oil and put some air in the tires. Of course, I was not refunded the cost of the extra oil that they wound up draining out. I checked the tires once again and they were still 5 pounds under what I had asked for. The short story is their gauge was way off. I requested 10W-40 Hi-Mileage oil. The paper I got says 5W30. I have NO IDEA what oil is in my vehicle! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
