Worked for Radde found out not only do they pay their employees a fraction of what they should they offer no benifits and take an extra 50 cents an hour out for a so called cleaning fee to clean you uniform if you quit or are terminated. That's over 1000 a year he lines his pockets with for a bull shit cleaning fee. Stay away from Radde if you ever want to have a serious security career.
