Great staff and excellent customer service. I have used Kabelin Ace for service and products. I bought a garbage disposal from them in Oct. 2009. It just stopped working in Jan. 2010. I called ACE, and without a receipt they exchanged it for me using the records of my ACE rewards card, for free. They might not be as big as the box stores, but they know how to handle customers and work hard for repeat business.
