Lived here for more than 4 years now been trying to find a new place to live ever since 2 weeks after moving in!this place is horrible. most that live here have vehicles with bad exhaust systems.Most that have dogs do not use leashes to walk their dogs so you get their poo in your yard then management complains to you to put seed down and make your yard look nice but no matter how hard you complain about the dogs cars being loud either exhaust or their radios in them or them having loud parties at all hours of the day or night they will not do anything! You will get a lease when you move in that states that these are against the rules and they will tell you they do not put up with this kind of thing that is what they did to us. If you complain then if your grass is not trimmed to within an inch against your home at all times you will get warnings and a possible fine because they do not like complaints even if it does state in the lease the things you are complaining about.
