They are the lousiest company to order from. I ordered parts for my toilet since July 4 and it is now October 6 and I've only received 2 parts out of 3. They said it would arrive within 10 days so many times and it's still not here. They really are poor service providers. I could have already bought a toilet and got it install. Not even one star, that's rating them good.
