3-D Structural Solutions provides solutions for the repair and construction of concrete, mud jacking, waterproofing and foundation, serving northern Indiana, southern Michigan and Tennessee. Its mud jacking services includes raising of residences, sidewalks, patios, industrial, basement floors, garage floors, municipal and streets. The waterproofing solutions include basement waterproofing and moisture control. The Hydraway Drainage system of the firm solves water issues in areas, such as football, baseball and soccer fields; polo fields, clay or grass tennis courts, croquet courts, lawn bowling greens, horseshoe courts, equestrian centers and open play areas. The foundation services of 3-D Structural Solutions include foundation cracks, sinking foundation, bowed or leaning walls and carbon fiber wall repair.

I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the work. I wish I would have called 3D years ago before the problem worsened. I priced replacing the concrete and the cost was over double the cost of mudjacking and the new concrete would not have matched the old. Gary W. - Granger

Raised stoop and sidewalk section that had settled, suggested downspout changes to help alleviate future issues. Very professional and courteous, answered phone calls promptly, did work in a timely manner when scheduled, explained billing policy up front. Called my cell phone when doing the work to give me an update and ask if I had any questions.
