I took my car to Issac to fix my drivers side front door because it would not open from the inside and the window sometimes would get stuck. I waited 8 hours wandering around South Beach and finally when it was ready I looked at my door and a part was missing and he had a black zip tie attached so I could lock my door.....I paid him $150.00 cash, no receipt and gave him another $50.00 cash for the part and the labor to put it back in. Bottom line after I left my window got stuck the door was still not realigned properly and in the span of 2 months I made several calls and finally he never answered the last 2 phone calls. He should have given me the $50 dollars back for a part he said he could not find but I found it within an hour online doing research. He ripped me off and kept my money. I am elderly and on Social Security and my car is old, he knew I did not have much money and still he took advantage of me. I would not recommend him as he has no work ethics, only takes cash and is not trustworthy. I reported him to the BBB and there is another complaint on there about poor workmanship and being dishonest.

so far I'm happy, I got a referral from the auto body shop in Southbeach, I called and they are working on my car, the bottom of my beetle is needing repair. They have a metal piece that they will put underneath, instead of me having to pay 800. for a new floor pan it will end up costing 275 including labor. am leaving the car overnight so they can get work on first thing in am. no hassles here.
