As a long-time customer I was taken aback that they refused to exchange a bottle of wine that had turned. I purchased four bottles of their store-label merlot and had one bottle that was bad (the cork had no suction on removal and must have failed). The moron behind the counter thought I was trying to pull something and challenged my representation regarding the bottle (but didn't open it or try it himself). What kind of establishment wouldn't recognize someone who has spent hundreds of dollars there in past years and who has been in the shop at least once a week (there are only two guys that work there)? What is there to gain be exchanging a bottle for the same thing? Why would they challenge something like that? I got no refund and no exchange (and they kept the bottle that I purchased!) I will never shop there again. I recommend that you avoid this store.
