I have been fortunate to have found Jim O'Brien, and wouldn't hire anyone else...he is the best plumber, he is always very thorough, reasonalbly competitive in price, and feel confident in having his company do work for me. He is there when he says he will be...returns calls promply, and is extremely polite. I will never use someone else, as I'm confident, that he will do the job efficently. Jim O'Brien did a great job replacing our hot water heater, and replacing a cracked water pan in the central A/C Unit. He returned our phone calls promptly, showed up when scheduled, and took the time to do a thorough job. I will be using Jim again in the future.
