did survey and the stakes did not even make a straight line (plot map had a straight line). They refused to answer my calls repeatedly. Did not even consider they made a mistake. would not come out to review. Very unprofessional and sloppy. Don't ever use them!
I do not recommend. DSW missed the first promised date for survey completion, then missed the second promised date. No apology or explanation. There were mistakes on the survey (which were corrected) and then they also sent an incorrect invoice. I happened to find the rodman on the wrong property and helped him get back to the right location during the actual survey. Seems like everything went wrong. I would not recommend.

This company definitely deserves a 5 star rating, they have my repeat business, they are knowledgeable about the whole process and can deal with realtors, title companies, homeowners, you name it. I've never had trouble getting my surveys on time, and more often get it before expected. Doug & Theresa Willis are the most professional, customer conscience team I know and I will continue to use them. I'm so glad to see they have opened their own company, because their individual experience together makes them an exceptional team. R. Searight
I needed a rush land survey and they were very accommodating, very professional and came through in a pinch. I will use them again if I ever need a land survey.

happy to review DSW Surveying, we needed a land survey asap in pensacola and they were able to get it done for me, very prompt & professional.
This company is first rate from initial contact to job completion. They were quick to respond to my request for a land survey and were very patient answering all my questions. I was in a bind and needed the job done ASAP and they followed through with their promise. I would recommend them to anyone. I wish all companies were so customer conscious!
