      ordering on line from kohls.

      i have never done shopping on line before, so this year i decided to give it a try.. and i had the worse experience ever, to the point that i will never do it again. The christmas gifts that i had ordered, one was delivered in broken in pieces and the other one never irrived. When i called customer service they said that the reason why i didn't get the one was because the item was not available anymore, but they never bothered to email me to let me know so my son was still waiting for his gift to arrive. Will never order from this store again..����������������������������
