Mother Lode Internet is a despicable company. To speak with someone there on the phone means holding, holding and more holding. All the while getting a recorded message how important your call is to them, BS. If you leave a message so they can call back, forget it, they won't. They claim your call will be taken in the order received. Well after waiting for 2 days they must have thousands of customers with problems or complaints because they don't call back. They continue to raise prices with nothing in return. They will hold your email hostage for a ransom. If you elect not to pay their new extra email fee it becomes a big headache starting over with a new account and contacting all your personal & business contacts with another new email address. If you do not want to share your google, yahoo or whatever email with them they will charge you another fee for mailing you a paper invoice. After 16 years with them service cost more for less, good riddance and goodbye.
