As a manager for a local business I wanted to use this facility for pre-employment drug screening for potential employees. I attempted several times to make an appointment with this facility for this very need. I constantly received their "answering service" which for some reason can not schedule an appointment (what good is that service if they can only answer the phone? A machine is just as useful). I left a message after the 4th attempt and was told they would call me back. They never actually called back, and when I attempted again I was told by this same "answering service" that they had closed for the day due to not having any more appointments.

As a potential employer I would look to use a more reliable service for pre-employment drug screening. You will be wasting valuable time trying to use this service.

These people are very unprofessional . I've been treated badly several times by the desk staff. I was seriously injured and I am in almost constant pain. When I asked for a pain medicine I was treated like a drug addict. The last time I saw the practitioner She made a comment about how my pain was in a ' different' place, suspiciously, like she was calling me a liar. That was pretty upsetting to me as I am one of the most honest people I know. When I needed them to fill out my disability forms, they wouldn't do it online , I had to resubmit paper forms. When I took the forms to the office they told me it would be a week because Lana was on vacation. A week later, they told me it would be another week because now the Dr. was on vacation. In all it took over 5 weeks to get any money, so I ended up losing my medical insurance and my life insurance . I've also lost my bank acct..These people owe me an apology but all I get from them is a bad attitude . I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
