The office crew is horrible! I was told to come 10 min before my appointment, I was begging the latest time of the day if possible on my work day(no option from her). I was told to make an appointment 3 and 1/2 month later from June to late September. No one remind me the day before or the the day on my appointment. That's OK! I confirmed with the office myself; so I can leave my office at the last min and arrived on time at 2:30 pm as I was told. I have to drive so fast to get there on time at 2:25 pm and finish my insurance paper work on time at 2:35 pm for 2:40 pm appointment. I am waiting and waiting till 3:18 finally someone call me into the room then test my BP and height and weight for 5 min. then wait again. I am very upset and got high blood pressure for driving so fast to come on time,( taking hours leave without pay), then wait almost more than an hour late to see my doctor finally. The office crew never apologize to me and why forcing me come so early plus making me wait so long. The office manager Ruth was awfully rude, her attitude is; this is her way, take it or leave it. But why forcing patient come so early and wait forever? when later time is available; paper work only take 5 to 10 min. It worth the drive if you can go Modesto or Stockton. Feel sorry for those senior patient can't drive long! Feel sorry for a the doctor with the bad crew and management! Go some where else if possible. He is too busy.
