BEWARE! If you need to return something be prepared to pay a 50% restocking fee. I purchased two Cindy lamps by Kartell in Bronze. When they arrived they were orange. The "customer support" told me it was my mistake and I could return them if I paid for the shipping and the restocking fee. Now I am stuck with the unpleasant choice of eating $400 or living with this mistake. Never AGAIN!
