Greystone West Company is a full service construction management company established in 1997 in Sonoma, California. We specialize in facilities construction, with a focus on schools and other public works projects, where the increased level of detail combined with the expenditure of entrusted funds make it essential that the entire process be solid from start to finish. Our goal is to deliver exceptional service with integrity and personal attention to every client, on every project, every day. Over the past five years, Greystone West Company has provided management services for the following clients ( among others ): Greystone West Company has also provided master planning for the San Mateo, Moreland, Larkspur, and San Rafael districts as well as a district needs analysis for the San Mateo/Foster City School District's $174 million Measure L Bond Program. We are currently under contract with the San Mateo Union High School District for their $298 million Measure M Bond Program, providing master planning, program management, and project and construction management at their seven high schools. This program began in 2006 and will run through 2012, and to date is on schedule and under budget, indicating that we are well on track with the methodology, delivery, cost, and timeline that this task requires. To date, all Greystone West Company projects have been completed ON TIME and ON BUDGET with no injuries, claims, or lawsuits. We have a record of excellent working relationships with contractors and subcontractors, as well as architects, engineers, and local public agencies, and we have extensive working knowledge of the Uniform Building Code ( UBC ), Title 24, and the California Environmental Quality Act ( CEQA ) ; the Office of Public School Construction ( OPSC ) ; Department of the State Architect ( DSA ) ; and the Environmental Protection Agency ( EPA ). We have provided construction management services for both LEED GOLD and LEED PLATINUM certified projects to date and are committed to helping bring Green Construction to the forefront of our industry.
