Hotel staff very friendly. Excellent location which is less than 10 mins. from boardwalk & beach in O.C., NJ. Great view of the bay from their large in-ground pool and from all bay facing rooms. Cosmetically the hotel could use some work on the inside. POSITIVES are Great location, plenty of parking spaces, reasonable rates, walking distance to liquor store, diner, seafood restaurant & outdoor bar. Boat rental 4 fishing & crabbing less than 1/2 mile away. Contiential breakfast served daily. Also, there are a couple of ice mach's on 2 diff floors, snack & soda mach's as well. Coin operated washer & dryer are also available for their guest and all rooms have a descend size refrigarator/freezer, blow dryer & coffee maker. NEGATIVES are No A/C in the hallways, no dvd players in the rooms which can be a big help at night when you have kids, Very rough bath towels.
