I have only owned Fords and Chrysler, all purchased from G & M Motors.I have always taken my cars to the dealer for service. I am on my own and often car repairs can be overwhelming, but Ialways feel he goes beyond customer satisfaction, and thatis what will keep your customers returning for service.
