They are very easy to work with and their units are clean. There service has been great for years that we have used them. They cleaned the potty every week we had it at camp, replaced the toilet paper. It came with a little rug in it that they would shake out at each cleaning. All our visitiors would tell us we had the nicest porta potty they have ever been in. Lisa is very pleasant to work with. The man that pumps them also was very pleasant half the time didn't even know he was there except for the pump.
