- Dental CareWhen it comes to any anesthetic procedure, be it a surgery or dental procedure, our veterinarians and team of technicians employ a strict “safety-first” anesthesia protocol. From our standpoint, there is no such thing as a “routine” procedure; even a spay or neuter. Having a pet under anesthesia for any reason or any length of time carries a risk, and we use every feasible method to minimize that risk.
- VaccinationVaccinations and some other treatments can be done in the exam room with you present. For other treatments, it’s necessary for your pet to come into our treatment area. We will always ask you before performing any treatments in the exam room to make sure that you are comfortable.
- Nutritional Counseling
- Comprehensive ExaminationWhether or not your pet is a youngster or a geriatric patient (or somewhere in between), veterinary wellness exams play an important role in the maintenance of your pet’s health, and are recommended for all species of pets during all stages of life.
- Parasites Treatment and ControlIn addition, our veterinary staff will make sure that your pet receives any medication or supplements that may be needed for treatment. Please keep in mind that the state of California requires that pets be examined by their veterinarian at least annually in order to fill any medications. Our veterinarians recommend that monthly heartworm prevention and flea and teck prevention be filled during your pet’s wellness exam.

- Skin Condition and Allergy Treatment
- Parvovirus Infection Treatment
- Knee Problems TreatmentOn the more advanced end of the spectrum, with the help of independent board-certified veterinary surgeons, we are able to perform cruciate ligament repair surgeries using either TPO (Triple Osteotomy Surgery) or TTA techniques, medial luxating patella repairs, and elbow repair surgeries.
- Heart Disease TreatmentA nurse performing constant anesthesia monitoring: A combination of monitoring machines and a nurse who continually tracks blood pressure, heart rate and pulse EKG, respiration rate, carbon dioxide concentration, oxygen saturation, body temperature, palpebral reflexes, jaw tone, capillary refill time, and mucous membrane color. Based on this holistic set of readings, the nurse will adjust the amount of support and anesthesia provided to the patient. Each of these monitored items is also manually recorded
