Capitol Bar has been an anchor on the historic Socorro plaza since 1896. The building has been everything from a courthouse with a jail cell, to a speakeasy, and even operated during prohibition. Today, we are known as Capitol Bar & Brewery. We've been brewing our own beer since May 2021 and like to keep between 6-10 of our house brews on tap at all times. Along with a full bar, we have 27 taps with draft beer & cider, espresso beverages, and delicious pizzas & sandwiches made fresh to order.
