Founded in 1978, American Dehydrated Foods Inc. is involved in providing protein products to the U.S. pet food industry. Based in Springfield, Mo., it offers products, such as spray-dried egg product, spray-dried chicken, spray-dried liver and hypo-allergenic protein hydrolysates. It also offers spray-dried novel proteins, such as duck, rabbit, whitefish and turkey. The company has its drying facilities located in Missouri and Georgia which are certified by the American Institute of Baking and uses Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles. A member of PFI (Pet Food Institute) and AFIA (American Food Industry Association), American Dehydrated Foods Inc. even exports some of their products to European Union Countries and Canada.
