This cable service was taken over by media cast. Over the past 2 1/2 years they have been fixing the service that New Wave destroyed. No DVR service but things are better now. They even have internet service with 3Mbps down and 1Mbps up!

I have to agree! I have been searching for a number to contact this company for 30 minutes and finally ran across this. What is the point of paying for Digital Cable when the quality is < or = regular TV?

Snow Hill NC has the United States os America's absolute worst cable company and service. They do not even have a number you can call when you experience an outage. The NEVER give credit on your bill for days you suffer without cable service. Basic cable plus HBO is $60 a month and you are lucky if you have service three weeks out of the month. This is the only public utility I have ever had that did not have an emergency number to call to report service trouble. The quality to reception when you have it is mediocre at best. If you do not pay your bill immediately they will cut you off. They have not problem shutting off service but you cannot get them to respond if service is down. There is no contact listed on the bill for service issues. Animal Planet is not available and several other channels that are popular around the State are not available in Snow Hill. This company should be driven right out of North Carolina. If there was another company to choose these guys would be gone.
