We have a computer that we purchased from them a year ago that now does not work. We have taken it in 3 times for the same problem to be fixed and still have a computer sized paper weight. Now we will have to pay someone else again for what they did not do with what we have already paid them.

these guys know what they are talking about. i had some weird activity happening, brought it into them and right away they found a couple viruses, got me cleaned up and tuned up. they called me the next day to come pick up my pc, not only did they remove the virus but they did a nice tune up on my computer as well. i would surely bring my computer back anytime.
