Embezzlement is a crime! All their customer's accounts need to be thoroughly investigated. I can understand if one mistake was made. But not countless months of mistakes. My car was/is in Repo status because my bank card payments where not properly credited to my auto loan account. The owner Dave had my car on his tow truck. Ready to leave my son and I stranded at the store. I met Dave at the office. Dave showed me my last payment was March... After I've personally showed the owner Dave Chomjak my monthly payments from my online checking account. Dave assured me these payments would be credited to my loan. On the spot made my July payment. My paper receipt stated payments due: $949.63 My next payment is due on or before 1st of May. I didn't always get an email receipt. I do have in my file April payment receipt. April payment receipt doesn't show payments due. April payments shows next payment due on or before the 1st of May. That means my April payment was deleted from my auto loan account. My boyfriend Tom as my witness. My June payment was a different amount carded to my bank card. Supposedly Susan updated my new bank card info to an other account. Again not crediting my bank card money to my auto loan account.m On that following Monday the GM Susan Harris left me harassing phone calls to clear up this matter. That Dave had every right to Repo my car. I also receive a phone call from Dave. Explaining to me he doesn't have time to spend in office. To call GM Susan. Also I still need to make this months payment. ??? Payment I just made 2 days prior was not credited to my auto loan. Again not crediting my credit card money to my auto loan account. Embezzling ... I emailed Owner Dave and GM Susan Urgent -Car Payment History Bank statements enclosed. That per our recent conversation and review of my account, I am missing credit for several of the payments I made over the last several months and need this updated immediately. I have included a detailed history of my prior payments, along with bank statements and screen shots for your convenience. Please review carefully and update my account to include the missing payments below Asking to correct my account by crediting my payments made. I've received no response. I've been left no other choice. I've contacted my Key Bank Fraud Department. Also contacted my BECU Credit Card Fraud Department. Taking money from a credit card for unlawful uses is a crime! I've lost all trust and credibility with this company Dave's Car Connection! I'm a customer of 9 years this is my 4th car.. All customers accounts should be investigated for accurate payments posted.

I needed to buy a car for my daughter as she was starting college. A frriend refered them, so I went to check out their inventory. They are easy to work with, fast and simple. Not a difficult process for financing either. That was great. So far the car works great, it's had a few little issue's but its a 2002. We got a Honda Accord, 2-dr coupe.

Unethical business. Please do not finance through them.
