This dealer misrepresented the maintenance requirements of the water filtration system sold to us. Instead of annual service expense of about $50, the fees added for labor and travel when the equipment needed service amount to about $250. The estimate was for only the cost of the filters.

Dear GmdYel, Thank you for your comments regarding the "annual service expense". Please forgive the delayed response; if we don't hear from a client directly it's difficult for us to know just where on-line to search for feedback or even how to help. The basic "annual service" is currently only $60 for the "Route Delivery" noted on paperwork. We know of nothing that has an "annual service expense" of only $50, unless it is just for a particular filter cartridge. A common filter cartridge used in many system designs, for example, is $45. After 25 years, the route delivery fee (currently only $60 per year) still covers our trip, travel, gas, and time on site to deliver supplies on a particular Route; supplies are still invoiced separately as always. We do not add to that fee unless asked to perform "service" outside of or in addition to the basic delivery service. If there was a misunderstanding about what the $50 represented or if you would like another copy of your paperwork explaining those details and the different route options, we would be very glad to provide that other copy for you at your convenience. We'll even delivery it personally, perform a system review, and supply an on-site water analysis at NO cost to you. We are still available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm (regular hours) and we are on call 24/7 through our emergency line referenced when you call after hours. To the best of our knowledge, we haven't had problems with clients thinking we "misrepresented" anything, so finding this on-line was a surprise - especially with not knowing who wrote this or how to contact you other than through this venue. We have thousands of letters from clients stating how impressed they were (and are) with our service and integrity. Please consider allowing us to work with you to address your concerns directly.
