Bart has been a Butcher for 42 years now. This was my first visit to Barts. I have to call it Excellent Customer Service. Bart met me on a Sunday afternoon, even when business hours were closed. I had a deer that needed a place to cool down now and not later. So, Bart kindly accommodated and took the deer. It was completely butchered, wrapped and ready in about one week even though their lockers were extremely full of other customer's meat. Thanks You Bart Marzolf's Locker Meats Scott
