General Info

In private practice since 1998, Dr. John West is board certified in family medicine and is a fellow with the American Academy of Family Physicians. He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia, where he also completed his internship and residency. Dr. West has served as a diplomate of the American Board for Clinical Lipidology and is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Georgian Academy of Family Physicians, the Gwinnett/Forsyth County Medical Society, the National Lipid Association and the Psi Chi Psychology Honor Fraternity.
