This store at one time had a wonderful and customer service oriented associate, whom is no longer with them. Unfortunately, the service at this particular location is now extremely bad. The customer service associates are rude and just unconcerned about the customer experience. I have been a loyal customer for the past 2.5 years, but have now moved on to another location secondary to the poor customer service at this store. I have been completely honest and forth right in my assessment of this facility.
