Spoke to Debbie at a Daisy A Day Florist which is now Bloom with Jenna. I wanted to do a somewhat last minute delivery to my girlfriend's store right down the street from the shop. When I first answered the phone I was greeted by a somewhat unfriendly, unwelcoming voice. I've worked in customer service so I know that a phone voice goes a long way. Anyway, Debbie said she could not deliver as her delivery driver was across town. Undeterred, I called back and asked if I can have someone pick them up, could she arrange them in time? Debbie said sure and just leave a message if I didn't reach her. I left a message requesting the 12 pink hot roses and scheduled my personal assistant to pick them up. My assistant calls me and said when she spoke to two different people at the shop over the phone they said I had already picked them up. I did not. Some mix up I guess. They closed and didn't get the flowers from them, but it worked out otherwise. Poor experience.
