usps said my package delivered today. it was not in the mailbox. Tried to call post office for about an hour and busy signal. this is just poor service. I'm sure this is a waste of time as I reviewed other reviews with the same results...SAAAD.

I thought the Post Office was the last part of the government to be trustworthy. I supported them when they were in trouble. Today I have tried to contact them after letting some things slide for almost a year. I called and an antiquated answering machine answered and in circles we went.. Tried the USPS web page. Nothing there. So this agency is like the rest, HIDING. In the past seven months they have failed to pick up out going mail in the box and the flag was up. It also happened in November and December last year. I made excuses for them SNOW. Today mail was delivered across the street but my mail was not picked up or any delivery at my box. If this is a new rule they should tell us. Further they need to leave the drop boxes out so we can take the mail there. I will have to drive all the way to POSTOFFICE. Now I will be taking care of all business with bank card and e-mail. My mail box is coming DOWN.

I had an issue with a package not being delivered and returned to sender because I didn't have apartment number by accident. The postmaster told me they don't deliver to the apartment office and that I needed the apartment number and they would place it outside my door unattended. When I tried to tell him yes they do deliver to the office I see them there all the time he gets upset telling me not to yell at him I ask for his supervisor he says quote I'm the POSTMASTER and hangs up. Lol

This is the worst post office in the United States. They are mean to you, they do not care about you, they are slow and they would not lift a finger to do anything extra to help you. You wait in line forever at this post office and nobody seems to care! It is a joke!!

This is by far the worst Post Office. I sent in a change of address and these people are forwarding my mail to some other person with the same name as mine. How hard is it to enter the CORRECT information. Way beyond ridiculous.

Now I know what the bread lines in the former USSR must have been like. While in there last week, there were15 people in line and only one clerk. People would come in, stand a while, and leave. It's always been like this. Why? Does the person who schedules the staff hours care more about saving money and impressing their boss than serving their customers? They even closed down their auxiliary branch in the Kroger shopping center. With the money they are saving, why not have more than one person on duty??

Hours are 8:30 - 4:30 & noon on Sat. In other words, they close 5 minutes before you can get there if you are like me.

these people are ridiculous. On days when they need 3 people working the desk, they have 2, and one of them is always on break, while the other is trying to sell the whole office to his present customer. VERY VERY SLOW! and they dont care.
