We purchased custom drapes in March of 2017. After 8 months and 2 attempts to alter the length and width our drapes are still not correct. We do not recommend this shop for large purchases. Your only option is to deal with the owner to have your issue resolved. I will not use a small business again- they do not have the resources to resolve issues satisfactorily. We had a horrible experience with this store.
