We had a great experience the first time we went to Steve Rayman Chevrolet for our first car that we knew going to them again would be the best decision we could make considering the magnificent service we have received. Had the Oil Changed on my truck. Easy scheduling the appointment on-line, and they even called to confirm the service shortly after and answer any questions. Service was fast and friendly. The waiting area is also comfortable.

My first new car buying experience was great. Everything from sales, setting up On Star, and even the service depth is excellent. I would recommend anyone who would like an easy and stress free buying experience to come here.
I recently made a purchase at Steve Rayman Cobb Parkway. As my time is very limited, I chose to shop online and found a great car that I am so excited about. As soon s I inquired and applied online, Clarisse gave me a call to set up a time to come in. Everything was smooth, and I was very impressed that everyone was happy to be there.
The customer service is incredible. They really work with me and met my every needs and some. Even the kids enjoyed being there. Definitely would recommend this dealership to everyone. They went above and beyond. GREAT people. Cant say enough.
Excellent service! My 73 yr old mother just bought her first car, she was treated with care and politeness. Very funny down to earth people
I came in looking to rebuild my credit with a new vehicle just as advertised. Before i begin, I understand people in my situation can't be too much if a chooser, but I do believe not settling for the anything. With that being said, I was almost sold into a Toyota Corolla. Decent vehicle and will last long, but the particular Corolla I was being sold was dented everywhere, not just cosmetic but severe denting. I thank God I brought someone with me as well because while they were sitting in the back seat, the floor was wet as well as the inside doors (the clothe.) I understand the logistics of why they were trying to sell me this car. They wanted to get rid of it due to the condition of the car and I guess they believed I would take it due to the conditions of my credit. I let them know I was approved down the road and that they were not offering me vehicles like this. It was then when they asked me what would I want. I told them it was a 2012 Ford Focus which is a lot cleaner, dentless, and low miles. They were more than happy to work that out for me once I told them I was going to leave. I looked past the Corolla incident and moved on with the deal.
I noticed the keys that I was provided did not have a keyless entry remote, unlike advertised. I was told by an individual that he would look into it, but after two weeks of leaving voicemails I still have not heard back from him.
I will give credit to where it is due. My sales person was a nice guy and wanted to sell me a car. It's just that the way the sales process went and the follow up after purchasing will not have me suggesting my family or friends to deal with this dealership. I thank God that I accomplished what I set out for, which was a decent vehicle with low mileage to rebuild my credit it, but I felt like I had to fight for that with the people who are suppose to look out for my best interest.

I recently purchased a Chevy Cruze 2014 from this dealership and with the experience I had I feel its only right to come and share with others. From the moment we stepped in the door the customer services was to the max. Buck was very friendly and let us know that we would be working with Miami. I am grateful we did get Miami because this guy was nothing less then amazing. His jokes were funny and he made sure that we were getting everything we wanted in our new car. Miami made sure the car we wanted would match the note we wanted as well. I cant say enough good things about this man or their company. There we two other people that really left a impression on me as well and that was Susan and Sean. Susan was very professional and i found it easy to connect with her so it was kind of a family feeling while speaking to her. Sean was also the bomb.com he went over the whole car with us(on-star, Bluetooth,etc) and took us on a tour of the dealer ship. I am going to be recommending all my friends and family to this dealership because THEY ROCK!
