Established in 1970, Ruby-Collins is a general contractor that offers a range of construction services throughout the Southeastern United States. It is a family-owned company and has worked on several projects for a variety of clients. The company specializes in design building and project management of water and wastewater treatment plants, sanitary sewer lines, force mains, utilities, box culverts, and pump and public transit stations. Its clients include the Jackson County Water Authority, Dorchester County Public Works, Western Carolina Regional Sewer Authority, Greenville Water System, Rockdale County Water and Sewer Authority and Hardin Construction Company. Ruby-Collins is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ruby Construction Company.
