We first tried Jet's at a friends house. It was really great. We ordered again on our own just to try and make sure it wasn't over hyped. It definitely met our standards again. Super yummy.

The pizza is great and the staff is wonderful and very generous!

As far as I can tell, these guys have the worst customer service in the business (at least in my zip code). Either I get left on hold for an hour trying to place an order, or they screw up my order and force me to pay extra (no offer to remake a pizza, no offer to sell me the pizza at the expected price). The manager at the Smyrna store (on S Cobb Drive) needs some instruction in customer service. After two tries, i'm ready to give up on Jets Pizza. For crappy pizza that is no better than dominoes or pizza hut, its not worth the trouble.
