Dr. Neal-Haley has taken care of my family since 1998. She takes personal interest in her patients' health care and does not hesitate to reprimand when they don't take the lead in that area. She is impressively knowlegeable. Every diagnosis and course of treatment has been spot on. There've been some staffing turnovers that made the front desk experience annoying, but medical service has never been compromised. During my last visit, I noticed even the intake service was better.
