Oh and if you are a corporate account and need to transfer due to job replacement yea they will not work with you on this and will charge you the termination fees and back rent of the discount even though you discussed this with them before signing.

It was good living here. But once the time came to move out, the staff was rude as hell. No matter what you are not getting your deposit, they will find little things and take it out of your deposit. Like we forget a newspaper by the door and they charged us $30 as cost for trash. Also keep your gate remotes, no deposit for that either.

The property was lovely. The rent was very affordable for the area. The management staff were very professional, kind, and accomodating. I highly reccommend this apartment complex. They are not on the bus line. Minutes away from the 285. Mall and shopping centers very close. Good School District. Also they let me pay my pet deposit in installments!!!
