my wife and I scheduled to have our cat fixed and stopped feeding him at 8:30pm the night before as instructed. My wife took our young male cat in and she was told by the office that they could not do the surgery because their vet hurt his hand and that they left us a message six days prior. My wife and I never received a voicemail from the clinic and when she was their they did not show any sign of sympathy for our cat that had not eaten since the night before. The clinic did not care about our time that was involved and could not reschedule for another week. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COULD BE CLEANER
