Excellent Montessori! My children went to school under the director of Smithille Montessori Academy II and after "graduating" (there's really no graduation instead there's promotion ceremonies - it is the Montessori way). My children have remained learning-loving children. They also like to write. The most impact that Montessori had on them is in their independence. Besides being very smart in school (honor students), they are very considerate of others and they take good care of themselves as well

I have enjoyed bringing my children to SMA from day one. The concern the teachers have as well as the attention to detail the teachers extend to the parents and students is un-matched by any other early learning center we have attended. From potty training, to learning to read and do math, SMA excels on every level.

I have only good things to say about the Montessori. My son attends their school and he enjoys the time he's able to spend with the teachers and the other children. It impresses me how much time and effort each teacher puts into everything they do in the class. Plus, the fact that they helped my son become ready to attend 1st grade! I cannot say enough how I appreciate the teachers and their concern for the children.

Great place for kids, the rooms are amazingly set up, and teachers are wonderful. There isn't a better place in town to have my children go.

Smithville Montessori is one of the best schools out there. I would highly recommend this school to anybody! My children learned more in the first 3 months that they attended Montessori, then they did the 3 years they were in a day care. Awesome Pre-Primary teacher, owners/managers were great ladies and were always helpful too. Just a great place to take your children to learn and grow.

Let's just say that if our child didn't already have friends that were going to this school, we will have pulled our child out of this glorified daycare years ago. They lie to your face. They claim they follow curriculum, yet constantly kids are watching movies. They claim to have a relationship with the Smithville school district to get kids in early, yet the school district considers the school a joke. They fire teachers that actually know how to teach, let hire high school kids with no educational background aside from learning high school chemistry. Please, save your money and find daycare elsewhere. There are real Montessori schools in the metro area. Not the one in Smithville.
