This company has the worst communication/customer service issues I have ever encountered in a very long time. After getting a dumpster to clean out a house, I had to make several calls to them to get them to come pick it up. I had arranged to have the dumpster for one week, seven day. I had called them and left a message, stating that, we have had the dumpster for over two weeks and to have someone call us back to get it picked up. I never received a called back and had to call them back several more times. Once I finally got a call, they stated they where out of town on vacation and they would pick it up in two days. After another week I called back to see if they had forgot again and they got very upset and stated that it's my trash not theirs and if it takes a little longer to pick it up then that's just business and I need to deal with that. Overall it took them, one week shy of two months (only because I was to only have it for one week) to come and pick it up. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. If you are going to have a company the least you can do is answer your phone when a customer calls or call the customer back!

They have competitive prices, a courteous, helpful staff, and clean cut drivers. I've depended on Huntley Disposal to deliver dumpsters for my construction projects for the last 11 years. They work with me to take care of all my construction needs. They will deliver when I need the dumpster and they will pick it up, when I'm ready to get it off the job. It's important for me to use a company I can depend on.
