I called the company number on Tuesday, May 5th - he called me back the following morning and said he would be out by 5 pm that day Wednesday, May 6th. He never showed - nor did he call to say he wouldn't be coming out. He lost this job. Very unprofessional. I will not call this company again.

We used Joerres Tree Works after hurricane Irene and found them very professional and careful with our tree removal as they had to travel a good distance over our lawn. We would call them first in the future. Good value and good service. P.D.
