First time coming into HR Block to have our taxes done. We had an appointment on Friday with an agent. We went in everything was good but we needed two other documents so we were told to return Saturday around 2:00pm because the agent would be in at that time.. So we went back on Saturday and we walk in the front door and just stood there. The receptionist just looks up at us and don't say good morning or can I help you. So we stand there for an awkward moment and the receptionist says to us she had texted someone and he was on his way, so we said we are here to see another agent and she says you're the Smiths right and we said no we are not the Smiths and we told her who we had seen the night before so she tells us that she called in sick. So we left but decided to come back because we needed to complete our tax fling, so we had another agent help us which we were grateful but after everything was done we felt like he was done and he didn't stand up to say thank you for your business or anything , he was very condescending and we left feeling very uncomfortable and we did not feel welcome. But I told the agent think for your help and got no comment from him as if he was done with us. So I am certain I will not come again to this place of business. Hopeful others are treated better then we were as new clients.
