Notified on 8/29/2014 that AVIS was cancelled and IOW going to another company. AVIS owes a lot of people refunds - people who paid through the end of 2014. It is now 11/12/2014 and all they give is a lot of runaround....I am thinking I will never see my refund representing 10/1/2014 - 12/31/2014 that had already been paid to them. All I get is someone will call me back.....I've contacted them several times since 10/1/2014 because I am getting bills from new company I am not willing to pay - I already paid it....hence, refund first then I will pay new company. Again, it looks like AVES is not willing to send out those refunds and we have been with the new service since 10/1/2014....going on two months now waiting for refund...I am thinking they had enough time to get the refunds out and get their accounting straight.....

Once again our local trash company fails to provide service, seems to be an ongoing problem with a long list of other complaints (incorrect billing, customer service). Trash can was not collected today... Reason given, can was overloaded, wish I could show you the picture, which would show the can lid almost closed. This is what happens when you complain! We should not renew there local contract, wish waste management won the contract, maybe next year. Moodys just don't have a clue!!!!
