      This has been the best thing I could have done with my family. We get to participate together. Its a great workout and my kids have really shown improvement. I was doubtful at first but the instructors really engage everyone and teach life skills that help at home and school too. It costs more than I expected but has been so worth it. Because my kids signed up i get the class for free.
