Do not get your car serviced here! Sloppy work, costed me way to much money a year later for a control arm that should've lasted at least three years. Never had my left control arm serviced since I bought the car, had to have my right one redone a year after having it serviced here. Do not waste your money!

I have had many years of great service on my vehicles here but it all ended recently. He sold me a car, raised the price on me when I arrived and agreed to terms that he later changed with no notice. I returned the car at his request. He informed he is keeping my very large deposit as a rental fee.

Always great honest service to my vehicle, never purchased a car here but have had dozens of repairs done to my vehicle with fair pricing

If I could give him 0 stars, I would. Wally sold us a lemon. The car shouldn't have passed inspection, but because he's an inspection station... well, who knows. The car needs at least $3,000 in repairs, on a car we bought for $5,000 and seemed to be in great condition. We tried to address the issues with him, and he doesn't want to hear it. It would cost us too much to hire a lawyer, and the RI Lemon Law board doesn't cover it because he's not a dealership.

I have been dealing with Wally for 15 years. He and his mechanics are knowledgable and professional. Fair pricing and fast turn-a-round. Why go to the high priced car dealers?
