Joleigh Parnell is a fantastic stylist. She and all the staff are so welcoming. I have never been disappointed with the service I have reached. I drive almost an hour in order to reach Julie Anne's Salon & Spa, and it's worth the trip!

One of the worst hair cuts in my life. I had water dripping down my back from having my hair washed, she cut it to short, and I had to go back because one side was longer then the other. She fixed it with me standing in front of her...getting hair on my shirt and in my purse. Worst service, tacky decor, and bad hair styling.
