This is just incredible. There are a lot of things to regard about this place especially the people because they make this place the fitting store it is today.

The Pharmacy is worse than Walgreens and that's really bad. Every refill requires me to run down the prescribing Doctor, a Nurse or my insurance company. There is always a problem. A family member picked up my last prescription and was given a product I don't use, they know I don't use it and yet I couldn't get a refund so now I have to get rid of it and kiss my money goodbye. These are medicines I use on a regular basis and need to essentially stay alive and no one seems to care. Moving everything to Rite-Aid and take a chance there.

The shells are always empty. Stocking is very slow, except for dairy. They are always stocking.

There is never anyone around to assist. When the manager and his assistant are making the rounds of the store with a vendor they take up the isle and don't speak or I have been standing to ask a question and I give up. Not enough selection in dog treats is also a down fall. I find register employees and pharmacy excellent.

THIS STORE IS A PRIME EXAMPLE OF GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. THE STORE IS CLEAN. THE PHARMACY DEPARTMENT IS THE GREATEST WITH A KNOWLEDABLE, FRIENDLY STAFF WHO GO THE EXTRA MILE TO MAKE THE CUSTOMERS FEEL CARED FOR.
